This is a quick and easy recipe for garlic lovers!
1/2 cup raw Basmathi Rice
4 Garlic pods
1 small Mor Milagai (sun dried chillies)
3 tsp Ghee
Rinse basmathi rice and cook in 1 cup of water and set aside.
Heat ghee in a pan. Roast chopped garlic to golden brown.
In another pan, fry mor milagai in 1 tsp oil till it turns black. Crush into small pieces.
Add roasted garlic, crushed mor milagai and salt to rice.
Toss well and serve with onion raitha.
